Day To Day Responsbilities:
- Data Lineage & Quality: Document and maintain comprehensive system data lineage. Develop and implement robust data quality controls, metrics, and monitoring processes.
- Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with BCBS239 and other regulatory requirements.
- Data Governance: Drive data governance initiatives, including data definition, standardization, and metadata management.
- Regulatory Reporting: Support the integration of data quality into regulatory reporting processes and dashboard
Must Have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and methodologies.

- This team is fast paced, independent work with agile cross team communication. Alot of what this manager is looking for is soft skills and the go-getter mentality to execute and articulate.
- Regulatory reporting
- Integrate data quality into dashboards

- Proficiency in data management tools, such as Collibra.
