Collabera is Hiring a Senior Account Manager Near Paul, MN

The Sr. Specialist Marketing, Creative Network plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and agency efficiency. They manage multiple client accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, represent clients in agency meetings, and ensure client needs are met through strategic management and creative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to develop and advocate for creative solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Understanding and Solutions Development
  • Gain a deep understanding of client communication challenges and business problems.
  • Develop creative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Creative Brief Management
  • Write or ensure the writing of comprehensive creative briefs.
  • Ensure a common understanding of objectives between clients and the Creative Network team.
  • Project Management and Coordination
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet client deadlines while maintaining quality and managing creative resources.
  • Review interim deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations before presentation.
  • Client Advocacy and Feedback Management
  • Advocate for the client within the Creative Network.
  • Help clients understand creative concepts and their alignment with the creative brief.
  • Capture and structure client feedback to refine deliverables.
  • Gather client feedback post-project for continuous improvement.
  • Portfolio Management
  • Manage client portfolios with annual revenues of $150K.
  • Schedule and lead kickoff, concept, status, and other client meetings.
  • Financial Management
  • Handle client estimates, budgets, and billing.
  • Develop and implement quarterly financial sales goals and plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership, project management, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate authoritatively, independently, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaborative skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Superior communication, negotiating, and leadership skills.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a role that combines agency and corporate experience.
  • Senior-level account management, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications and project management systems.
