Role: Software Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (hybrid 3 days/week onsite)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in all aspects of designing, developing, managing system automations using (Ansible/Python/Java etc.) and AI operations systems.
- Experience working with Java, JSON, HTML5, JavaScript, and Unix Shell Scripting.
- Skilled in observability and monitoring tools.
- Knowledgeable in APIs, microservices, and application performance monitoring.
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Understanding of authentication and cybersecurity principles.
