Summer Program Itinerant Teacher / Grades 7-12
Location: Northeast Region - Middleton, Peabody, Framingham, Methuen
Seeking experienced and aspiring teachers for our Summer School enrichment program serving court involved youth (DYS). Classes and programs are small, typically 10-12 students in a program and 5 students in a class, allowing for truly personalized and creative instruction in an alternative educational setting supported by behavioral staff in the classroom.
Summer School Schedule:
Dates: July 8th and ends August 15th – M-Th.
Typical Hours: 8:15-2:15 (6 hours onsite, with up to one additional hour of paid off site planning time)
Students typically attend: 8:30-2:00 (start time/end time may vary)
Qualifications:
Teaching License is preferred, but not required
Experience working with youth in an educational, after-school or therapeutic setting
