We are looking to add an experienced Paid Ads Director to our amazing Marketing team! The Paid Ads Director needs to have deep understanding and expertise in paid advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta Ads, as well as proficiency in copywriting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing initiatives to maximize ROI for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies leveraging paid advertising channels (Google and Meta Ads) and email marketing
• Conduct keyword research, ad creation, targeting, and bid management for paid search and social media campaigns
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns for improved performance
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Manage the entire email marketing process including list segmentation, email design, scheduling, and tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising (Google and Meta Ads) and email marketing
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and conversions
• Expertise in Google and Meta Ads platforms with proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot, including list management, email copywriting, automation, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management

Compensation:

• Salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year
