Role Description

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs and execute end-to-end, balance tactical flexibility with strategic planning, and provide a consistently high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Traveling Assistant located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL,. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail oriented and proactive. They will possess strong verbal and communication skills, be resourceful, flexible, and professional. The Candidate must have previous experience providing executive support. The role will require traveling to different locations for events, meetings, and more. The assistant will work closely with the founder when traveling. Is responsible for creative and events social from his perspective, to develop and implement relevant social media strategies and campaigns for all his engagement in company brands, plans and execute events, create digital content, and engage with followers/fans on social media platforms. You will manage and communicate on multiple platforms.

• Calendar management during the event
• Capturing and creating all social for cross channels
• Extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including car arrangements, ubers, pick ups etc.
• Edit and create documents and presentations if needed prior to event
• Prepare PowerPoint and Excel documents for event meetings if needed
• Special projects as required

This is a 24/7 “availability” position when traveling that may require the EA at times to be available late night, early morning or weekends to assist with any needs that may arise during events.

You will utilize all platforms while knowing Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok are ever-changing, and to keep up we must dedicate equal time to the HOW and the WHAT.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support a storytelling & publishing cadence to achieve audience growth for key strategic initiatives across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
• Brief and publish social content across all social platforms.
• Leverage insights on user behavior and user journeys to inform the content strategy roadmap

• Ability to build productive relationships with key partners to provide influence and ensure profitable action is taken to improve customer experiences via social.

• Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities.

While traveling you also will be asked to order lunches, prepare dinner reservations to that local city. Potentially run errands as needed in the city. You may travel with the executive or be asked to travel ahead, pick up rental car, bags, and then pick up the executuive for best possible timing to events.

You must have a passport, be available majority of weekends. Majority of off days will be during the week Mondays, Tuesdays and some wednesdays.
