Job Description:
Collective Voice is looking for an Associate Brand Partnerships Manager to work collaboratively on the Business Development/Sales Team. The Associate Manager will support the team in their daily functions and play a key role in the growth of revenue and success of campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Brand Partnerships sales team in lead generation for prospective clients - including but not limited to researching contacts, competitive research/market trends on clients/verticals, organizing target lists, etc.
  • Support sales lead in coordination with cross functional teams in RFP responses and client presentations & proposals
  • Support sales lead by analyzing sales & social data from brands and retailers to help inform strategic decisions for clients/businesses - in regard to affiliate strategy and/or creator campaigns
  • Act as a liaison with Campaign Operations team for execution of sponsored creator campaigns - including but not limited to campaign briefs/worksheets, recaps, etc.
  • Spearhead marketing initiatives including marketing placements, CPA commission increases and promo events with internal Marketing team
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as facilitating IOs/agreements with clients and maintaining Salesforce
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across cross functional teams
  • Support sales lead selling and upselling creator campaigns
  • Opportunity to support sales lead's selling and upselling of creator campaigns

  • Strong passion for creator space/social media ecosystem; creator marketing experience preferred
  • Understanding of digital and e-commerce space

  • Proactive approach in interactions and business
  • Willingness to take on a full range of tasks; ability to multitask!
  • Highly proficient in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Salesforce, Tableau, Canva preferred
  • Interest in industry news
  • Comfortable and skilled interpersonal, written and oral communication internally and externally to clients
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2-3 years of professional experience

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
