** Get paid the Wingman rate of $14.50 during training to start. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude. During or after training, if you are unable to progress to the lead mover position due to changes to your driving record, disciplinary action, personal preference, or any other reason then you will be given a non-lead Wingman position and remain at an hourly rate of $14.50.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide friendly, positive and stress free moving or hauling experience to all customers.
• Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.
• Lead by example. Always be branding.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid/Active Driver's License required.
• Must be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking - LOOKING FOR ATHLETES!!!!!!!
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in driving, general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
• Someone with their own reliable transportation (AKA a car, motorcycle, or scooter — NOT a bike or a bus pass)

Each CHHJ location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
