Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, providing an excellent guest experience, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, mixing drinks, and drink garnishing
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
