**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
**Responsibilities:**
- English and Spanish is a must
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
- Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Utilize project management methodologies to drive successful project outcomes
- Ensure adherence to project scope and manage scope changes effectively
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on leadership and requirements management
- Strong background in project Contructions
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as SharePoint and Jira
- Experience in scope management,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and Spanish
