Our client, a premier Houston Plaintiff firm is seeking a highly professional receptionist. Ideal candidate will have some experience as a receptionist in a law firm. Being tech savvy is important in this role, as candidate will be utilizing MS Office. Friendliness, and presentation are very important to this client as this receptionist will be the first face their highly regarded clients will see when they enter the firm. Firm has a very heavy presence in the media so candidate will be expected to ensure the confidentiality of clients.

Will be fully in office, expected to be in person from 8-5, as candidate will be the one to open the firm. Overtime is not available withy this position, this is an hourly role.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Date stamp and sort mail
• Parking validation
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Willingness to do other tasks as assigned (i.e., tidying up lobby to ensure perfection throughout the work day)
