HILGARTWILSON, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager - Site Development to become a part of our growing company. HILGARTWILSON has extensive experience providing services on many of the Valley's largest and most prestigious master-planned communities, retail, office, educational, healthcare, mixed use developments and public works projects.
Responsibilities- Oversees the preparation of design reports, design plans, and other documents.
- Responsible for quality control, schedules and oversight of plan production.
- Delegates work and gives team technical guidance assuring design is technically sound and cost efficient.
- Coordinates with team members, staff, municipalities, consultants and clients.
- Provides highly technical design and quality control.
- Processes plans with the local jurisdiction.
- Responsible for project billing, project proposals and client satisfaction.
- Mentors dedicated design staff in areas of technical expertise.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10 years civil engineering experience with public and/or private entities.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in AZ or ability to obtain in AZ within 6 months.
- Strong technical skills and capable of preparing design on site development projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Displays strong judgement and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail quality work and client service.
- Self-motivated and able to manage and meet multiple critical deadlines.
