Title: Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant | Twin Falls Office
Reports to: HR Manager
Experience: 1 years administrative office experience
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients through the efficient processing of calls and handling of information. Representing Colliers as the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will ensure an excellent first impression to all clients through effective management of the front desk and a customer service focus approach at all times. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting key administration tasks, and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies:
Associates Degree preferred for promote-ability purposes; or equivalent years of training and experience; 1 years in a business office work environment preferred
