- This position is an on-site position based out of our Norfolk, VA Office**
What You Bring
- At least 1- 3 years’ experience in a research, market analysis or related role in commercial real estate
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Statistics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using a research database (Costar, LoopNet)
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Experience with ArcGIS or other GIS software.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus
- You provide detailed research and convey your expertise in client meetings/presentations.
- You offer new ideas using collaborative methods with all team members and managers, and well as work autonomously.
- You produce quarterly market reports that create a buzz.
- You use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can use your amazing multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines with uncompromised ethics/integrity.
