Collington is Hiring an IT Support Specialist Near Bowie, MD

Essential Functions

  • Timely responses to IT help desk calls and tickets. This will include working with computers, WiFi, portable devices, Comcast TV, phones, and other technology items.
    Assembles, configures, and upgrades company computers and installs approved software while keeping inventory tracking up to date.
  • Proactive system monitoring including daily backups and documenting procedures to ensure duties are being done with quality in mind.
  • Assists with the monitoring, programming and configuring of SARA (Status Solutions) systems and devices.
  • Assists with the management and support of the Audio and video systems around the campus.

1. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Able to walk frequent long distances.

4. Able to bend, kneel, stoop and/or crawl in small places as well as safe use of ladders to work in ceilings.
5. Sit in front of a computer monitor up to 100% of the workday.
