What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the audit process to ensure that established quality standards are met.
  • Manage and supervise the work of manufacturing production disciplines in the Operations function to maintain a high MPS completion percentage monthly,
  • Work with supervisor to set plans for sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
  • Review issues with cell performance and productivity and oversee the development and implementation of action plans to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Have a positive attitude with a willingness to look at issues as an opportunity to improve.
  • Use soft skills that are necessary to ensure communication stays neutral with other team members.
  • Oversee all customer interface to ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
  • Be accountable for all materials and logistics problem resolutions to ensure availability of materials.
  • Be responsible for ensuring on time delivery of calibrated items to metrology.
  • Review and deposit monthly TPMs
  • Create maintenance requests.
  • Order all daily supplies and order new tooling provided applicable drawings are available.
  • Be responsible for requesting and obtaining material from other stock locations.
  • Pick of STO’s and delivering to other departments will be required.
  • Be responsible for submitting turnback's.
  • Complete inventory audits annually.
  • Be willing to learn and provide creative solutions is a must.
  • Recommend improvements to EH&S practices to create a safer workplace.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically, a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
  • Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Previous manufacturing lead experience
  • SAP experience

2nd Shift Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
  • Overtime available on a business need basis.
