We are hiring for a Production Program Manager in Uniontown, Ohio. The Program Manager for Ice Protection Systems (IPS) and Water Commercial Value Stream is responsible in leading and coordinating customer needs for all current manufacturing and in-service products.

This position is for an entry level professional in Program Management, who works independently, leads small to medium teams indirectly, manages the customer interface and relationship, leads risk and opportunity management with operations/quality/supply chain/planning/finance/engineering, recommends resolutions for program problems, coordinates vendors, presents progress reports to both internal and external customers, leads or supports lean initiatives, and participates in contract negotiations as needed.

This is an onsite role in Uniontown, OH. Eligible for relocation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works autonomously with limited oversight leading small/medium programs.
  • Leads program work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with the project/program objectives.
  • Monitors programs to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Reports performance metrics to internal and external customers
  • Proactively identifies and addresses risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of current programs.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on program opportunities to increase company revenues and customer satisfaction.
  • Leads customer driven initiatives including but not limited to; supplier quality improvement, audits, information gathering and support (in accordance with contract)
  • Manages vendors, when necessary, to support the program.
  • Demonstrates continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Mentors team members.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
