Job Title: Specialist, Quality Systems, Compendia Affairs
PurposeThe candidate is responsible for providing quality assurance support for compendia monitoring program.
ResponsibilitiesReview of proposed and official compendia updates
Create records to document compendia updates and assign tasks in Trackwise to the impacted areas
Submit change requests to update records impacted by the compendia updates
Review compendia records with impacted areas at monthly meeting
Intake Call NotesYears of experience/education and/or certification required:
Life sciences degree
5 years of experience
What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this candidate have?
Trackwise experience
SAP experience with material search
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Motivated and able to inform management when challenges arise
What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education or certification:
A candidate with previous experience with compendia or analytical background
Work schedule (Define days, # of hours)/ Is overtime offered or required?
Type Of EnvironmentOffice setting. Much of the work can be performed independently, but there will be a need to meet and interact with the team for training and general communication.
