Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and representation.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation or related field.
