Colonial Behavioral Health is Hiring a Credentialing Specialist Near Williamsburg, VA
- Must have the ability to interpret and complete applications for contracting and credentialing while ensuring accuracy.
- Responsible for providing data collection such as licenses and liability coverage, track and maintain provider information and credentialing documentation, and update databases and manage web portals.
- Provide education to staff on the credentialing process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must possess analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Possess the ability to interact with clients, coworkers, and the public in a pleasant, tactful and courteous manner.
- Must possess a strong ability to communicate with provider networks.
- Work experience in behavioral health/health in an administrative setting preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in healthcare/business related field. preferred
