Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Conduct outside sales visits to engage with clients in person
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies and increase profitability
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, technology sales, or related field
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close business effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs
- Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus
- Excellent account management capabilities
