Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the agency
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in sales administration, retail sales, or telemarketing is beneficial
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
