Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Agency Sales Representative at Colonial Life located in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves daily tasks such as prospecting and generating leads, conducting presentations and consultations, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Although the role is primarily located in Oklahoma City, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
