Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant District Manager role with Colonial Life located in Worcester, MA. This hybrid role requires the ability to work from home for some of the work week. The Assistant District Manager will be responsible for promoting Colonial Life's range of benefits to potential and existing customers, managing a team of sales agents, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Experience leading a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
