Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our dispatch center. The Dispatch Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating and managing our team of dispatchers, ensuring timely and accurate response to security incidents, and maintaining seamless communication between our field personnel and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dispatch center, ensuring 24/7 coverage and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor schedules, site openings, call-outs, prioritizing and assigning tasks to appropriate field personnel.
• Maintain communication with field officers, ensuring their safety and providing necessary support during incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall service delivery.
• Generate reports on dispatch activities, performance metrics, and incident response times.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE SECURITY DISPATCH EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security or emergency dispatch environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing dispatch software and familiarity with security systems is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
