Job Title: Security Supervisor

Schedule/Shifts:

• Friday & Saturday: 11pm to 700am

Starting Pay: $21.00

Job Summary: As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The primary responsibility will be front desk security, where you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading your shift through their day to day operations and delegating tasks and projects in conjunction with the account manager
• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, management, and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active SORA License: Must possess an active Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) license or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Experience: Prior experience in corporate office security or a similar role is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions.
