In this role, you will provide inventory management, supervisory support, training, and system analysis/testing for our warehouse. You will coordinate inventory and slotting operations to optimize efficiency.What You'll Do:As an Assistant Manager of Inventory, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory management processes and procedures at our distribution center. Your primary duties include supervising the cycle counting, slotting, and inventory teams to maintain accuracy. You'll work closely with the warehouse management system (WMS) and make enhancements.You'll also be responsible for:• Supervise, train, and evaluate full-time and seasonal warehouse employees• Oversee slotting, cycle counting, inventory, and timekeeping• Serve as a key member of process improvement teams• Manage WMS and CORS systems and processes• Develop training programs and analyze processes for improvement
