What You’ll Do:
As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll report to the Divisional Sourcing Manager of the Home division and be responsible for successfully sourcing and procuring materials and products that deliver the best possible value in price and quality while balancing risks and regulatory concerns
You’ll partner with our Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory teams to ensure domestic and international sourcing activities are aligned to meet the goals of the organization
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Driving business category sourcing strategies and cost initiatives to meet business goals
• Leading and developing a product sourcing team
• Influence key changes to processes and tools
• Driving and coordinating major Sourcing projects
• Directing and developing 2 direct reports
