Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, focusing on customer service, administrative tasks, budgeting, sales, and team management.

Duties:

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and financial transactions
- Support the Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure accuracy
- Conduct training, and supervise staff members
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve operational goals

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong merchandising skills
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager
- Proficiency in team management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
