As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of security integration projects for our clients. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet client requirements, and are delivered on time. Qualifications Essential Functions
Assist the project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of security integration projects.
Support the project managers in gathering project requirements and developing project plans.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Track project progress, update project documentation, and maintain project files and records.
Assist in the coordination and communication of project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Assist with the procurement and logistics of security systems and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security specialists, engineers, and technicians, to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Provide administrative support to the project management team, such as preparing reports and maintaining project documentation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge or interest in security systems integration is a plus.
PMP or PSP certification or willingness to pursue certification is a plus.
