Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Integration Project Manager to join our team. As a Security Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of security integration projects for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineers, and field operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems integration and project management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications
Essential Functions

• Lead and manage security integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to gather project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate and communicate project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of project progress.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to proactively address potential project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Coordinate and oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Security Integration Project Manager, preferably in the security systems integration industry.
• Solid understanding of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• PMP or PSP certification is a plus
