As a Security Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of security integration projects for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineers, and field operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems integration and project management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Qualifications Essential Functions
Lead and manage security integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to gather project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
Coordinate and communicate project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of project progress.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to proactively address potential project risks and issues.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Coordinate and oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of security systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Security Integration Project Manager, preferably in the security systems integration industry.
Solid understanding of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
PMP or PSP certification is a plus
