Role Summary: Licensed electrician to provide full residential electrical services in an independent, customer-facing position, installing whole house fans, running circuits, and providing various services in new construction and existing homes. Commercial and larger construction projects are also available.

Role Details: Our RWs provide the full array of home electrical services, as each job presents new challenges and the opportunity to exhibit problem-solving skills and craftsmanship. Estimating, communicating with customers, and executing jobs to standard are daily requirements either independently or with other team members. You will be provided with a company vehicle and office support to execute services to include panel upgrades, new circuits, remodels, light and fan installation and replacement, installation of disconnects, and more. You will work closely with JWs and our ME. High performers will be eligible for increased commissions for learning and installing whole house fans and attic ventilation to standard.
Training and Advancement: CHS leadership provides thought partnership, hands-on training, mentorship, and feedback to to support professional development. CHS also covers professional fees and has a tuition reimbursement program for aspiring JWs.
