About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

Job Description
Proposal Follow-Up:
  • Engage in follow-up activities with clients after proposals have been sent out, including email, text and phone calls.
  • Address client inquiries, provide additional information, and facilitate the decision-making process.
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate closely with outside estimators to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data to create comprehensive proposals.
Field Verification and Collaboration:
  • Spend up to approximately 20% of working time in the field verifying information necessary for proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with field technician teams to acquire essential information for proposal development.
Client Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are understood and met.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and external estimators to streamline the proposal process.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Manage documentation related to proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports on proposal status, client feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
Relationship Management:
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional sales support.
  • Work collaboratively with external teams to enhance the overall client experience.
Adaptability:
  • Adapt to changing client requirements and external estimators' needs.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales support, preferably in lighting and electrical products.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Ability to collaborate with external teams and work in a support capacity.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
