Colorado Network Staffing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Cheyenne, WY
CNS is seeking a Project Manager to organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization's research, development, and product implementation efforts.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage high-visibility, strategically important projects as requested
- Execute project management duties
- Assess organizational risks and communicate issues and recommended resolutions
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budget
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Work with the project management team to develop and manage project phase entrance and exit criteria
- Provide functional and technical expertise within multiple business areas; provide strategic, forward-looking vision when configuring or customizing solutions to maintain flexibility and future integration opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Basic level of knowledge/experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Agile Scrum
- Master Certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar
This position must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and have or be able to obtain a US security clearance.
