Colorado Preferred Roofing
Production Manager
Using Job Nimbus software, the Production Manager will coordinate the scheduling of contractors and ordering of materials for all Colorado Preferred Roofing jobs. They will act as the main point of contact to ensure jobs are kept on schedule by staying in constant contact with subcontractors.
The Production Manager will review material and labor orders as submitted by sales representatives and make any necessary adjustments based on analysis of photos, Eagleview reports and adjuster reports.
The Production Manager will coordinate all trades to be delivered and executed in a logical, progressive manner. Trades can include solar removal, roofing, gutter replacement, solar replacement after inspections have occurred, window replacement, siding replacement and paint.
The Production Manager will schedule a timely delivery of all materials and labor, and will keep track of materials vendors have on hand so that orders can be filled in a timely and accurate manner.
The Production Manager will coordinate with the inspection scheduler to make sure that midroof inspections (where applicable) are scheduled and executed, final inspections are scheduled and jobs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
The Production Manager will confirm with crews that materials are inventoried and identify any missing material the day of the build. If materials are missing, the Production Manager will arrange for delivery, or pickup necessary materials so the job can be completed that day.
If, during the course of the work, the crew or the Production Manager identifies any items that need to be addressed, the Production Manager will take appropriate photos and action to ensure that the work is completed and documented in a way that ensures likelihood of reimbursement from insurance claim or client.
Review all labor and material invoices, and ensure those invoices are uploaded accurately to
Acculynx.
The Production Manager may also act as a sales representative to generate new business and earn commission as time permits.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● One year experience in a similar role

● Basic computer and internet skills
● Valid driver’s license
Salary may be hourly or per-project, based on experience with an opportunity to earn overrides on each job. Expected annual range $55000-65000
