Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of site
- Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of site and security guards
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
- Must keep up the maintenance on site equipment
- Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Must have flexible schedule availability
- Must possess an Armed DC SPO license
- Prior military required
