Administrative Field Support Specialist

Colorado Springs Utilities is currently hiring a dynamic, innovative, and self-starter to join our Operations Work Management team as an Administrative Field Support Specialist .

In this job, you will provide a wide variety of support and services for Field Operations, Dispatch, Service Center, Customer Revenue, AMR / AMI, and the Meter shop sections.

Key Areas of Focus :

  • Support activities to include : system data accuracy, scheduling activities, project management, reconciling work performed by field personnel, and error management
  • Provide follow-up to ensure data accuracy within the customer account system
  • Track the collection and / or receipt of documents; liaison between Pikes Peak Regional Building (PPRBD) and contractors to ensure compliance and completion of hazards
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify and correct errors by field employees to ensure data and billing accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues by gathering and researching data; analyze data to come to conclusions or recommendations
  • May be assigned to specific analytical projects and programs requiring a general evaluation and assessment
  • Assist through research and evaluation for a specific department or division
  • Maintain and update calendaring systems and coordinate scheduling
  • Work closely with other team members to provide support for field technicians

This position is considered Essential Personnel and will be required to report during emergencies and inclement weather

  • Strong attention to detail and follow through with responsibilities
