ColorPro Finishers LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Houston, TX

ColorPro Finishers, with over 40 years of proven reliability and experience with interior and exterior finishes, new and existing structures. We are a fully insured finishing company serving the North Eastern Tri-State area with the past 12 years in the Southern Florida regions.
As a Union and Non-Union company, ColorPro Finishers has the ability to provide the flexibility of offering either Union or Non-Union labor depending on our clients’ requirements as well as to offer the right contract and most cost effect proposal to each client. Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all pohases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects. Our expertise in painting and wall coverings is reinforced with our commitment to customer satisfaction. Painting quality and superior service are our priority.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
  • Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress against timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
