- The Softball Assistant Coach will provide overall support to the Softball Program.
- Assist the head and assistant coaches in training of student athletes in order to prepare them mentally and physically for practice and competition.
- Coaching and training of student athletes in pitching, hitting, and fielding.
- Supervision of practice, study hall or other team events while head coach or assistant coach are away.
- Proficient in working with word, excel and power point.
- Have appropriate boundaries with student athletes, assisting them in becoming the best student-athlete they can become.
- Participation in program and athletic department fund-raising efforts.
- Work effectively with students, student-athletes, administrators, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, officials, and coaching peers.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with college softball
- Experience working with pitchers
- Master's Degree
- NAIA experience
