Medical Receptionist

Columbia Endoscopy Center is seeking to hire an experienced medical receptionist to work the 6:15am-3:15pm shift. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, be a team player, and engaged by a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be dependable and strive for excellence.

Medical Receptionist will perform the following:

• Greet and check patients in for their procedures.
• Answer phone calls with a positive, helpful attitude
• Perform clerical tasks.
• Data entry
• Maintain and send medical records.
• Scan and check charts
• Create chart packs for upcoming patient procedures.
• Assist team with inbound and outbound patient calls.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by Manager.
• Work and communicate well with peers in a team driven atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
