The Gift Receipting and Guestrooms Manager engages daily in gift processing and receipting, database upkeep, reports, lists and imports. This person also manages and oversees the CIU Campus Guestrooms, including interdepartmental communication, FareHarbor website upkeep, renovations and any other duties as assigned by the Director of Alumni Relations and Gift Receipting and Research.

• Processes gifts and receipts.
• Maintains CIU and BLS database records.
• Produces database reports and lists.
• Manages CIU campus guestrooms.
• Produces letters related to gift processing.
• Attends and assists with Alumni and Advancement events.

• Database Experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s degree or technical school diploma.
• Accounting experience appreciated.
