Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Representative to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients in a medical office setting.
Duties:
- Patient registration
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages
- Making patient reminder calls
- Other related duties

- Comfortable with technology
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity and ability to work with diversity of cultural/socio-economic backgrounds
