Columbine Health Systems has been a proud leader in senior health care for the past 50 years in Northern Colorado. We are an organization designed to not only dedicate ourselves to the care of our residents, but also to our valued employees.
New Mercer Commons Assisted Living is located at 900 Centre Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado, and offers a spectrum of services available for older adults within our community.
The Cook prepares snacks, meals and desserts for all diets. The Cook is supervised by the Food and Nutrition Supervisor / Manager or Chef.

Starting wage between $17.25 / hour - $18.25 / hour (depending on experience)
