As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their health care journey.

As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs with compassion and professionalism. Your goal will be to create a positive experience for our clients and their families, promote our services, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and other methods of communication from clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our services, including eligibility, coverage, and scheduling
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and their healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and seamless care
  • Proactively follow up with clients and their families to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including demographics, communication, and any changes in service needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing and insurance-related inquiries or issues

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Empathetic and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records systems preferred
