[Com2uS USA, Inc.] Accountant I

Com2uS USA, Inc., a global leader in smartphone and social games, is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as a mobile game Accountant I. This is a full-time, hybrid (remote/on-site) schedule position in Los Angeles, CA.

Position Summary:

Performs a full range of accounting responsibilities, including data entry to QuickBooks Online, information verification and analysis, report preparation, bank and credit card reconciliations, and ad hoc reconciliations.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Monthly account reconciliations, including General Ledger research and reconciliation.

• All Accounts Payable functions.

• Manage Accounts Payable

• Manage company credit cards

• Processing and reconciling payments received from the various vendors.

• Reconciling company’s bank accounts and credit card accounts.

• Support preparation of standard and ad hoc management reports.

• Work on other special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

• Korean language skill is preferred, however not required.

• 3-5 years of general corporate accounting experience.

• Proficient in MS Office Suites (especially Excel) and QuickBooks Online

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to research and find suitable answers on any topics

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance to achieve results

• Ability to set priorities and perform a variety of work assignments
