Job Summary Manages planning and operational health of Commerce integrations with third party Over the Top services on Xfinity and Xumo platforms, including pipeline management, internal stakeholder alignment, and platform performance monitoring. Job Description Core Responsibilities Manage roadmap documentation and coordinate Plan of Record (POR) entries for Commerce-related projects and capabilities Liaise with colleagues on the team to ensure Commerce platform needs are properly communicated to supporting organizations, including Experience, Engineering, Customer Comms, Customer Care, and Business Intelligence Assess and update Commerce BRDs for consistency and clarity, bringing a platform focus to individual projects Monitor Customer Care and technical performance issues through data for opportunities to optimize CX and improve reliability of Commerce integrations Perform periodic platform assessments to validate experiences are operating up to the standards of the business Identify product gaps and organize backlog of roadmap features for planning purposes Manage partner wish list, coordinating with deal teams for pipeline planning and status updates Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
