Job SummaryResponsible for managing the complete life cycle of Change Management for moderately-to-highly complex cross functional projects in Engineering and Construction. Using ADKAR as our basis for Change Management, including process, communications, education, and reinforcement the Center of Excellence, Engineering team is responsible for the relationships with HQ, East and Central Divisions, and Regions seeking approvals, planning, execution, and closeout of strategic plans ensuring that planned results are achieved on time. Within the division this team coordinates the activities of a cross-functional teams, leading by influence to navigate to agreeable solutions and full roll out to our region partners. The team acts as a conduit to be or collect subject matter expert information and use that as the basis to create process. Please note: this position is office optimal with 4 days in office at one of the listed locations and 1 day remote
Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesIdeal candidate should have foundational experience in change management, construction process and field construction experience with the keen ability to lead by influence
  • Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
  • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings and written, electronic and graphic reports.
  • Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects. Provides overall prioritization and director of work assignments, team resources etc. Monitor and creates project deliverables.
  • Coordinates with other work streams, projects and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project.
  • Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintaining overall project ownership.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitates project meetings.
  • Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SalaryPrimary Location Pay Range: $94,337.41 - $141,506.11
Additional Range: This job can be performed in California, Colorado, and Washington with a Pay Range of $71,696.43 - $141,506.11
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
