We are looking for a compassionate Elder Care Assistant to provide direct support to elderly individuals in their homes or care facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and elder support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication under supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Drive clients to appointments and outings
- Safely lift and transfer clients
- Support hospice care services
