Schedule : MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-2PM

Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
• Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is respected

Experience :

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
• Familiarity with systems for lifting and transferring clients safely
• Experience in working with individuals with autism is a plus
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job

$150 Bonus if you work for us for 3 months with no call-offs. We also offer a Bonus if you refer someone.
