**Customer Service Representative- Remote Opportunity**

A thriving Syracuse area company is looking for Remote Customer Service/ Call Center Representatives to join their team!

This position offers full-time hours, with varying shifts starting from 10am to 3pm, all shifts requiring you to work 1-weekend day per week and 4-week days per week.

High speed internet and a laptop/ desktop is required. Tablets, Mac's, or Chromebooks are NOT supported at this time.

**Duties:**

* Answering inbound calls

* Light upselling on products

* Entering data into software system

**Experience Required:**

* 2 years of Customer Service and product/ service up-selling a plus

* Call center experience a plus

* Strong computer skills

* Comfortable selling products via phone

* Strong attendance record
